About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer care operations and ensuring high satisfaction among new homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to new homeowners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.
- Defect Reporting: Prepare and issue weekly defects reports for each site, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work Allocation: Effectively allocate work to the Customer Support operative team, site teams, and contractors to address issues in new customer homes.
- Contractor Oversight: Oversee contractor work and report any poor outcomes to the Head of Customer Service.
- Schedule Coordination: Balance and coordinate the scheduling of trades and CRM diaries to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate outstanding customer service capabilities, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
