Fundraising Coordinator Job Description

SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for managing donor enquiries, processing financial gifts, and providing exceptional supporter care.

About the Role

The Fundraising Coordinator will be the charity's expert in supporter care, ensuring timely and efficient support to the fundraising, engagement, and volunteering teams. You will be responsible for managing a varied workload, including general administration duties, legacy administration, and supporting fundraising events/activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage donor enquiries and process financial gifts
  • Provide exceptional supporter care and build strong relationships with donors
  • Oversee a varied workload, including general administration duties and legacy administration
  • Support fundraising events/activities and write engaging thank you letters
