About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Coordinator to join our team at SeeAbility. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent supporter care, managing donor enquiries, and processing financial gifts.

You will oversee a varied and interesting workload, including supporting the department with general administration duties, carrying out legacy administration, and supporting with fundraising events and activities.

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will be the charity's expert in supporter care, working closely with the fundraising, engagement, and volunteering teams to deliver timely and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent supporter care and manage donor enquiries
  • Process financial gifts and oversee legacy administration

Requirements:

  • Experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
