Kenneth Brian Associates Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and managing engineers' daily work schedules, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage engineers' daily work schedules, including reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide first-line customer assistance, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Upload and allocate documents to online systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage diaries and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of engineer activities.
- Allocate and schedule work for engineers, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
