Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR services to our employees and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administration and advisory support to employees and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Manage HR documentation and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
  • Support the HR Operations Lead in the management of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR business partners and other stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and training to HR Operations Coordinators to build their knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations or shared services environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and GDPR.
