Job Summary

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR services to employees and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administration support to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop and implement HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coach and train HR Operations Coordinators to build their knowledge of HR processes.
  • Partner with key HR stakeholders to ensure connectivity across the HR department.
  • Administer all general correspondence required throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and manage level 0 and 1 employee queries.
  • Provide HR support to line managers, employees, and HRBPs on policies, procedures, and HR processes.

Requirements

  • Experienced HR administrator with a strong understanding of HR operations and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle work of a sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft packages and experience of managing information in databases.
