Senior HR Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR services to our employees and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administration and advisory support to employees and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Manage HR documentation and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
- Support the HR Operations Lead in the management of HR projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR business partners and other stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and training to HR Operations Coordinators to build their knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations or shared services environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and GDPR.
