About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Lead at Care UK Plc. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and homely environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Implement Personalised Activity Plans: Work closely with residents to understand their unique goals and create tailored activity plans that cater to their interests and needs.
  • Lead and Manage the Activities Team: Supervise and support a team of activities coordinators to ensure the delivery of high-quality activities and events that promote resident engagement and wellbeing.
  • Programme Development and Promotion: Develop and promote a diverse range of activities and events that cater to different interests and abilities, ensuring that residents have access to a stimulating and engaging environment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Maintain accurate records of resident activity participation and provide regular updates to relatives on resident wellbeing and progress.
  • Staying Informed and Inspired: Stay up-to-date with local and national events, trends, and best practices in care home activities to ensure that our programme remains innovative and engaging.
