Job Description

As a key member of the Crone Corkill team, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide exceptional support to our CEO and Senior Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, meetings, and telephone calls to the CEO's office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all.
  • Proactively manage diaries, travel arrangements, and itineraries for the CEO and Senior Management team, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal disruption.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including the monthly Executive Governance meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Provide minute-taking services for Management meetings, ensuring accurate and timely recording of discussions and decisions.
  • Manage business invoices and expenses for the CEO and Senior Management team, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing post to the CEO's office, ensuring efficient and secure handling.
  • Provide secretarial cover for other Senior Management secretaries as required, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.
  • Manage ad-hoc reports and special projects, working closely with the CEO and Senior Management team to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of all applicable regulatory requirements, including the Bank's Risk and Compliance policies and procedures, and adhere to these to minimize risk.
  • Report policy/procedure breaches and areas of potential non-compliance and suspicions promptly, in accordance with the Bank's Risk and Compliance policies.
  • Accurately execute all controls within your area to minimize risk of policy, procedure, and/or regulatory breaches.
  • Identify new risks/control gaps within your area and escalate accordingly to your Line Manager and/or Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing support and guidance as needed.
