We are seeking a talented Director of Client Success to join our team This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Customer Success efforts and drive business growth through customer satisfaction.


About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for leading a high-performing Customer Success team, focusing on effective onboarding, health scores, net revenue retention, account expansion, and growth.
  • Regular coaching and guidance will be provided to ensure your team achieves exceptional results across their portfolios.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams will be essential to ensure customer needs are met.
  • There will be opportunities to expand your team into US and Canadian territories.

About You:

  • A successful background in leading a Customer Success team within a fast-growing SaaS solution, preferably in the FinTech sector.
  • Prior experience managing a team of managers is essential.
  • A proven track record of growing overall client account value through your team.
  • An excellent communicator and leader, able to connect with professionals at all levels.
  • A customer-centric mindset and passion for improving the customer experience across departments.

The Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary up to £125,000 Basic + 25% bonus.
