Commercial Growth Director

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Director to join our team at DHL eCommerce UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales and operations professional to take on a leadership role and drive revenue growth.
This role is responsible for managing the Telesales team, leading the implementation of tele sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sales and sales administration cycles, including pricing and commercial arrangements.
The successful candidate will have over 8 years' experience in sales and sales administration, with experience of leading a team. They will be able to develop and execute telephone, web, email and mail marketing to establish and qualify clients/prospects. A strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting and manpower planning is essential.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
