Commercial Sales Director

As a key member of the E-Systems team at Lear Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success across all electronics products supplied to JLR Globally and Ford across Europe.
Job OverviewThe Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer strategy to meet internal financial commitments and secure new revenue opportunities for selected customer accounts.
- This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level customers.
- Collaborating with the product development team to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field.
- No less than 10-15 years' experience managing complex customer accounts from a commercial perspective within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost drivers, financial business case analysis, and budgeting.
