Job Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer strategy to meet internal financial commitments and secure new revenue opportunities for selected customer accounts.

  • This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level customers.
  • Collaborating with the product development team to ensure alignment with customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field.
  • No less than 10-15 years' experience managing complex customer accounts from a commercial perspective within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cost drivers, financial business case analysis, and budgeting.
