Job Summary: Residential Care Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced team lead to join our residential care team in Coventry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the DDP model of care and experience in managing staff. Key responsibilities include safeguarding children, overseeing budgeting and admissions, and promoting positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and embed the DDP model of care across all areas
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, ensuring they are protected from harm and abuse
- Oversee budgeting, admissions, discharges, and rota management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience working with children and young people
- Minimum 2 years in a senior or deputy manager role
- At least 1 year supervising and managing staff in a care role
