We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at The Sales Recruitment Company. As a key member of our e-commerce division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer success and driving business growth for our e-commerce clients.

Job Overview: The role of the Customer Success Manager is to build strong relationships with our e-commerce clients, drive their growth and retention, and ensure they achieve optimal results using our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute customized plans to meet client objectives
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on client progress and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage complex stakeholder networks
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 basic plus up to 30% commission paid quarterly, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 8% non-contributory pension and bonus scheme.
