Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

Our E-commerce Customer Success Professional will receive a competitive salary, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus up to 30% commission paid quarterly. Additional benefits include 25 days of holiday, an 8% non-contributory pension, and a bonus package.

Job Description: Leverage Data, Support, and Train Clients

As an experienced professional in customer success or commercial account management, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing customer data to make informed decisions that enhance client ROI.
  • Supporting and training clients with software implementation, including on-site and virtual assistance.
Key Requirements: Proven Experience and Commercial Acumen

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong commercial acumen, focusing on driving customer ROI.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • A willingness to travel to customer sites and our offices in West Sussex, London, and Coventry.
