Residential Asset Management Specialist

We are looking for a Residential Asset Management Specialist to join our Eastern Team, who will be responsible for managing and delivering cost management services for residential dwelling maintenance programmes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience working on residential projects and clients. They will also possess a good understanding of construction/building technologies and be able to provide cost management services, including estimating, cost reporting, valuations, and final accounts.
