Job Title: Director of Historical Studies

Wayman Learning Trust is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic history teacher to lead our History department.

  • Provide leadership and direction for the History department.
  • Develop and implement a rigorous and engaging History curriculum.
  • Teach History lessons to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
  • Support and develop other History teachers.
  • Represent the History department at school events and meetings.
Requirements:
  • A degree in History.
  • QTS or PGCE.
  • 5+ years of teaching experience.
  • Experience of leading a History department.
