About the Role

The People Management Specialist will work closely with the Employee Relations and Policy team, specifically supporting our Professional Services Directorate. This role involves enhancing people management practices and interpreting HR policies and procedures.

This is a permanent position based at our Department W office in London, offering hybrid working opportunities. The starting salary is within the grade 4 range of £38,165 to £41,300 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

As a key member of the ER Team, you will provide proactive advice and guidance to managers on complex employee relations cases, ensuring effective day-to-day people management.

About You

You will have experience advising managers on sensitive formal employee relations cases and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
