Job Description

This position involves working as a Primary School Support Worker, providing one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, including those with autism. A key aspect of this role is assisting teachers in managing student behavior and supporting their academic progress.

Key Features
  • Working closely with teachers to develop tailored learning plans.
  • Supporting students with complex needs, including autism and other special educational needs.
  • Daily rate of pay: £86.60.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 1:1 support experience.
  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.
