SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled SEND teaching assistant to join our team at a primary autism school in Birmingham, West Midlands. This is a full-time, long-term position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children who have special educational needs (SEN) and a strong understanding of autism. They will work closely with the class teacher to develop lesson plans and ensure all students receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Early Years – KS3 children with autism and learning difficulties
- Working closely with the class teacher to ensure student needs are met
