About the Role:

  • Salary Estimate: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to adapt learning strategies
  • Ensuring safeguarding of children
  • Be open to personal care
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team
  • Assist students in their educational, emotional and social development
  • Be creative with activities to promote learning and inclusivity

About You:

  • Experience supporting children with autism
  • Previous experience in education environment or possess appropriate transferable skills to support children with additional needs
  • Patience, empathy and a positive approach to support
  • Full time availability
