What Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Are Needed?

Applicants should be at least 17 years old and actively pursuing a qualification in childcare, education, or coaching.

Previous experience in a related field is beneficial but not essential. If you can foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our young members, you possess the qualities we seek. We will provide training on all other necessary components for your success.

We are looking for individuals who are nurturing, enthusiastic, skilled, and enjoy engaging with children. As a Youth Activities Coordinator, you will plan and lead various games, sports activities, and creative sessions for our members aged 3 to 12, both on weekdays after school and during weekends. Our holiday club programs during school breaks offer exciting sports camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical capabilities. Minimum working hours will be 8 hours per week.
