BAC Sales & Marketing Assistant

Overview
- Seeking experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant within the automotive sector. To assist in planning, controlling and executing all matters relating to the sales and marketing department for the company. Define strategies and plan implementation that support the sales directives. Also responsible for corporate branding, marketing campaigns, tracking of online activities and coordinating marketing tasks.

Responsibilities include;
- All Sales administration, incl. IVA processing
- BAC Linkedin page management, up to date stories, going’s on, cross functional with MediaTeam.
- Event organisation and planning, working cross functionally within the business.
- Attending events, on behalf of BAC in a Sales capacity.
- Maintain relationships with current BAC dealers across the globe.
- Formulate marketing plans and execute to a high standard.
- Maintain relationships with all current BAC brand partners.
- Liaise with BAC’s PR partner on planned marketing strategies and PR.
- Produce marketing material, create form’s for S&M team, PDF’s, flyers, general marketing.

Passionate about developing and maintaining a comprehensive brand product knowledge.

Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences. You will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels.

Be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while always keeping one eye on the commercial success of the business (where appropriate).

Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
