Commercial Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Administrator to join our team. As part of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with the warehouse team, and handling customer inquiries. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong understanding of CRM systems, we would love to hear from you.


About the Role

The Commercial Administrator will provide essential support to the commercial team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This includes managing sales orders, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. You will also assist in the preparation and distribution of sales quotations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing structures and discounts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services
  • Handle any amendments or cancellations of sales orders, ensuring accurate records are kept

Customer Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products, orders, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating concerns when necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales administration or commercial role
  • Experience using CRM systems and processing sales orders
  • Familiarity with invoicing processes is a plus

Salary

The salary for this position is approximately £32,000 + Monthly Commission (After Probation Period).
