We're looking for an Information Coordinator (Document Controller) to join our Build Team based across Liverpool and Manchester

**Location**: Based out of our Liverpool or Manchester office with some travel to site required, some home working available

**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent

**What will you be responsible for?**

As an Information Coordinator you'll be working within the Digital Team, supporting them by focussing on adopting our information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry / Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650, and helping to deliver against client requirements.

Your day to day will include:

- Support the Senior Information Coordinator with managing the CDE for the lifecycle of the project in line with Kier procedures and ISO1950 standards.
- Manage and host training sessions for new users of the project CDE (currently Viewpoint), either with groups or on an individual basis, as required
- Provide ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the Senior Information Coordinator and project team, in line with Kier protocols and ISO 19650
- Validate check and curate all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval
- Configure and prepare status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Information Coordinator is great for you if have:

- Experience of effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, sub-contractors, and the wider supply chain
- Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources
- Competent experience with EDMS, ViewPoint preferred
- Competence with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
