About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Southampton, responsible for managing key broker accounts and driving business growth in the South Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key broker relationships to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent relationship management and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial insurance market.
