Business Development Manager

Old Bond Store Business Club is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our unique value proposition, enhancing new member acquisition, and contributing to the overall success of the club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the club at industry events and networking functions to increase brand visibility and establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and local industry trends, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to promote the club's services and amenities.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with members and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide insights to inform business development strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and generating new opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the small business and entrepreneurial landscape.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Smart appearance with a strong personal brand.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and Office 365.
