About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing some of our most significant accounts and developing strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key broker accounts for Allianz UK in the South Market through excellent relationship management.
  • Plan, implement, and deliver the development of broker relationships and strategic business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Act as the relationship lead (internally and externally) for assigned accounts to ensure Allianz achieves the maximum benefit from these relationships.
  • Drive innovative business development initiatives with the South region.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent relationship management, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Close familiarity with the commercial insurance market and its components.
  • Strong financial acumen and presentations skills.
