About the Opportunity

As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and excellence across key operational areas. You will work closely with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies, coordinate interviews, and update employee records in the HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
  • HR Administration and Systems Management: Oversee the administration of employee records, contracts, and compliance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing on a monthly basis, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in operational HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR administration, and payroll.
  2. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range

£25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)
