Global HR Operations Coordinator

An innovative global technology company is looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR professional to join their European HR Shared Service Centre.
This exciting opportunity offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development. Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Global HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing employee contracts and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to employee queries and tracking progress in our ticket system
- Coordinating HR database management and document control
- Delivering high-quality services to our global workforce
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in a shared service centre or HR function, preferably in the EMEA region
- Qualifications in HR or a related field, such as Business, Organisational Behaviour, or Commerce
