We are looking for an HR Administrator Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering high-quality employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee contracts and issuing references
- Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system
- HR database/document management
- Collaborate with other HR team members across the business to action and respond to queries
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Exceptional customer service skills
Salary: £35,000 per annum
