We are looking for an HR Administrator Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering high-quality employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee contracts and issuing references
  • Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system
  • HR database/document management
  • Collaborate with other HR team members across the business to action and respond to queries

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Salary: £35,000 per annum
