Role Overview:

This role is part of the Global Technology Co's HR Shared Service Centre in EMEA. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience.

About the Job:

  1. Manage employee contracts and issue references as needed.
  2. Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system.
  3. Maintain accurate records in the HR database.
  4. Collaborate with other HR Team members to action and respond to queries.

Requirements:

  1. A shared service model within EMEA region or equivalent experience in HR.
  2. HR or Commercial vocational training required, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  3. Fluency in English and Spanish.
  4. Excellent organisational and detail-oriented skills.
  5. The ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing business demands.
  6. Exceptional customer service skills and a mindset for continuous improvement.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
