About the Role:


This Senior HR Operations Specialist position plays a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence across OpenText's HR Shared Services Processing Centre. As an expert in end-to-end HR processes, you will manage complex transactions, ensuring smooth employee experiences, particularly for Southern Europe, focusing on France, touching on Italy and Spain.


Your work will directly support the efficiency of our HR operations, making a significant impact on onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and other key HR processes. You will be an essential contributor to optimizing processes, maintaining data accuracy, and driving continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a range of HR transactions, working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors in a fast-paced environment
  • Focus on personal and professional growth through participation in process improvement initiatives, training new team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Develop expertise in HR systems like SAP/SuccessFactors, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Optimize the HR self-service portal and ensure our HR Knowledgebase is up-to-date with policy and system changes
  • Deliver high-quality service, collaborating with colleagues across HR to ensure a seamless and positive experience for employees


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Relevant, progressive experience in HR operations or within a shared services model, with a strong focus on the EMEA region - particularly expertise in French HR practices
  • Expertise in HR processes, with the ability to manage complex, time-consuming transactions and deliver consistent results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in both English and French, with Spanish and Italian as a bonus
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field, with HR professional accreditation preferred
