We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in your work.

About the Role

This role will involve maintaining accurate records, managing vehicle administration, and coordinating training and health surveillance bookings. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain accurate attendance data for payroll purposes
  • Update company insurance and policy information
  • Manage fleet vehicles, ensuring maintenance updates and insurance declarations are completed
  • Coordinate training and health surveillance bookings
Requirements
  • Administrative Skills: Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR/Payroll systems
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
