Page Personnel Sales is a leading provider of recruitment services in the UK, with a strong presence in Reading, Berkshire.

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on an immediate basis. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment and potentially lead to a permanent position.

The Successful Candidate

  • Must have experience in an administrative or facilities role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilities Management: Ensure the office is well-maintained, including daily kitchen replenishment, stationery and office stock management, and maintenance requests.
  2. Meeting Room Coordination: Manage bookings, prepare meeting rooms, and arrange furniture and supplies as required.
  3. Contractor Liaison: Schedule and escort contractors for various office repairs and maintenance tasks.
  4. General Office Support: Coordinate travel arrangements, manage accommodations, taxis, pool car usage, and handle ad-hoc duties.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
