Job Purpose:

This role involves providing proactive support with general administration, business data management, and project coordination to the Sales Director and Department Managers within the Sales Operations department. A key responsibility is ensuring that all processes and procedures within the Sales Team adhere to Company guidelines and are regularly reviewed for suitability and compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and collate key performance data into suitable presentation formats.
  • Manage Sales Team projects, provide project management support, and co-ordination, ensuring adherence to agreed budgets and timescales, and highlighting any issues.
  • Communicate key messages within the Department through clear and timely summary presentations on relevant topics.
  • Maintain a PowerPoint library of Sales Team Meeting presentation materials, suggesting improvements to material presentation.
  • Ensure the Sales pages of PPN (Intranet) are up-to-date and contain relevant content.
  • Arrange monthly or as-required Network Sales meetings, including agenda preparation, material gathering, presentation formatting, taking and distributing minutes, and completing agreed actions.
  • Manage and control the Sales Team Budget, highlighting any issues, and proactively suggesting cost-efficient ideas.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for the Sales team with other operational and support functions within the Company.
  • Provide administrative support to the Management Team as required, acting as the Head Office liaison for the Regional Management Team.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional numeracy skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • High-level personal organisation.
  • Previous experience in project management support and co-ordination.
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly in preparing PowerPoint presentations and manipulating Excel data.
  • A proven track record of contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
