The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional understanding of the digital arena and be able to exploit new developments to add value to a client's business across their ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue and Profitability:

  1. Meet and exceed account-specific revenue and profitability targets.

Client Engagement:

  1. Engage with clients for the sale and delivery of projects.

Project Delivery:

  1. Deliver projects in a timely and professional manner.

Account Team:

  1. Retention and motivation of a high-quality account team.

Account Planning:

  1. Convince clients of the value of annual planning sessions.
  2. Develop unique ideas that help transform our client's business.
  3. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manage expectations proactively.

Budget and Financial Management:

  1. Meet and exceed account profitability targets.
  2. Responsible for all aspects of the monthly financial process of account management, including accurate revenue forecasting, billing, and pipeline planning.
