Job Title: Senior Client Advocate

Location: London

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Purpose of role

A senior client advocate delivering day-to-day operational management of the team or area of specialism. You will be the lead person within the team, with other Account Executives reporting to you.

Experience:

  • Real estate, commercial property experience is a must.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Team management

  • Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operational activities of the team, providing support to SVPs.
  • Support and mentor associates in reaching their goals, actively challenging performance and contributions through regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Conduct performance and development reviews in alignment with our clients' requirements, always in collaboration with SVPs.
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication with SVPs and Partners, promptly escalating client or team issues through both verbal communication and necessary management reports required by the SVPs.
  • Provide coaching support when necessary.
  • Assume responsibility for sourcing or organizing training opportunities for associates, ensuring the full utilization of buddy and mentoring programs as appropriate.
  • Manage premium collection in conjunction with SVPs, prioritizing this as a key objective.
