Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Purpose of RoleA senior client advocate delivering day-to-day operational management of the team or area of specialism. You will be the lead person within the team, with other Account Executives reporting to you.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operational activities of the team, providing support to Senior Vice Presidents.
- Support and mentor associates in reaching their goals, actively challenging performance and contributions through regular one-on-one meetings.
- Conduct performance and development reviews in alignment with our clients' requirements, always in collaboration with Senior Vice Presidents.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with Senior Vice Presidents and Partners, promptly escalating client or team issues through both verbal communication and necessary management reports required by the Senior Vice Presidents.
- Provide coaching support when necessary.
- Assume responsibility for sourcing or organizing training opportunities for associates, ensuring the full utilization of buddy and mentoring programs as appropriate.
- Manage premium collection in conjunction with Senior Vice Presidents, prioritizing this as a key objective.
