Senior Planning Role in Sheffield

Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Director to join their team in Sheffield. This role presents a unique opportunity for a Chartered Town Planner to take on a senior leadership position and drive growth within the Planning department.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of working across various project types, including residential, non-residential, and renewables. As a senior member of the team, they will be responsible for overseeing client relations, managing team workloads, and contributing to the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Planning team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive growth and success
  • Manage client relations, ensuring exceptional service and developing new business opportunities
  • Oversee team workloads, maintaining high standards and fostering professional development
  • Contribute to the overall business strategy, working closely with senior leadership to drive company growth
  • Report directly to the Board of Directors and Managing Director, ensuring alignment with company goals

Requirements:

  • Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)
  • Experience working at a senior level, preferably in a multidisciplinary consultancy
  • Full UK Driving Licence
