Sheffield, Sheffield, United Kingdom Aatom Recruitment Full time

Aatom Recruitment invites applications for a Property Business Partner, offering an exciting 6-month contract opportunity with potential extension. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful delivery of service directorates' built environment priorities, including capital projects and major accommodation moves.

The position requires exceptional leadership and management skills to lead and manage the delivery of property and estate-related capital projects and programs across a defined portfolio. This includes Regeneration, Arts, Culture & Leisure, or Schools, necessitating strategic planning and prioritization to meet client directorate needs.

A detailed understanding of the Council's work and activities is essential, as well as familiarity with how allocated directorates operate and their current/future property requirements based on local/national factors affecting their services delivery.

The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the Council team, ensuring that stakeholder requirements from property and projects are embedded within the Strategic Asset Management Plan and project/program business cases, aligning customer needs analysis with technical expertise.

This role involves implementing the council's Estate Strategy and asset management plans, acting as the key interface between stakeholder clients and the property services team. The individual will also support the Senior Property Business Partner in being the commercial custodian of the 3rd party property professional services contract, protecting the council's commercial position through effective contract, financial, and project management.

In this capacity, NEC PM experience/accreditation is desirable, and a standard DBS check is required. A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in delivering the council's objectives.
