Central Government Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Government Sales Director to join our team at Quantexa. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue in the UK Central Government sector.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets in the UK Central Government sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the UK Central Government sector.
- Work closely with our Head of UK Public Sector and Director of Government Solutions to define and execute the sales strategy for the UK Central Government Sector.
- Deliver against sales targets and contribute to business growth by combining hunting for new clients with nurturing existing accounts.
Requirements
- A good understanding of Government Sector issues and ability to advise and solutionize with customers through a consultative sales approach.
- A track record of positioning and selling Enterprise software either directly or as part of an ecosystem.
- Experience building partnerships across System Integrators, Cloud platform providers, and Consultancy organizations.
- A good understanding of Public Sector operational and buying processes.
- Experience nurturing accounts and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients.
- Ability to integrate into effective sales teams and lead opportunities.
- Existing relationships within the UK Central Government.
- Expertise in solution selling within the UK Central Government.
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities.
- Ability to support market changes, flagging these early and reacting effectively.

- A competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
