About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Government Sales Director to join our team at Quantexa. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue in the UK Central Government sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets in the UK Central Government sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the UK Central Government sector.
  • Work closely with our Head of UK Public Sector and Director of Government Solutions to define and execute the sales strategy for the UK Central Government Sector.
  • Deliver against sales targets and contribute to business growth by combining hunting for new clients with nurturing existing accounts.

Requirements

  • A good understanding of Government Sector issues and ability to advise and solutionize with customers through a consultative sales approach.
  • A track record of positioning and selling Enterprise software either directly or as part of an ecosystem.
  • Experience building partnerships across System Integrators, Cloud platform providers, and Consultancy organizations.
  • A good understanding of Public Sector operational and buying processes.
  • Experience nurturing accounts and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Ability to integrate into effective sales teams and lead opportunities.
  • Existing relationships within the UK Central Government.
  • Expertise in solution selling within the UK Central Government.
  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities.
  • Ability to support market changes, flagging these early and reacting effectively.

  • A competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
