Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is for a highly experienced Senior Central Government Sector Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Strategic Accounts team, you will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of the Central Government sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales management experience, with a strong understanding of the government sector and its challenges. They will be able to think long term and develop coherent strategies for winning in previously untapped markets.

As a Senior Central Government Sector Manager, you will work closely with our wider SCC management team to ensure familiarity with all of SCC's service offerings. You will support the wider strategic plans of the business and act as an advocate for SCC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritise campaign strategies to help support the associated new business acquisition for territory
  • Identify FY25 deals that offer short term margin gain and create a rolling pipeline

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the wider SCC management team, ensuring familiarity with all of SCC's service offerings. This includes supporting the wider strategic plans of the business and acting as an advocate for SCC.

Requirements
  • Excellent Sales Management experience
  • Ability to think long term and develop coherent strategies for winning in previously untapped markets
  • Ideal candidate will have existing contacts in the vendor community or a demonstrable track record of having built and maintained external partner relationships
