Central Government Sales Manager - A Challenging Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Central Government Sales Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Central Government Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and new customer acquisition for our Central Government proposition.

About the Role

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in business development in Central Government. You will be responsible for developing a plan to target key accounts and successfully executing against client opportunities, engaging in advance of opportunities coming to market, ultimately, to generate new revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a plan to target key accounts and successfully execute against client opportunities
  • Engage in advance of opportunities coming to market to generate new revenue
  • Utilize market insight, buying patterns, and client challenges to build relationships with clients and win new business

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience of business development in Central Government and be capable of sustained engagement at senior levels as well as successful sales execution. You will also need to demonstrate experience with propositions similar to the Capita Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services propositions and be able to work across a broad portfolio of services and capabilities.

The Digital Business Services proposition family focuses on the core public services systems, aiming to increase productivity using data, technology, and operational excellence to deliver secure, smart, efficient, and effective services.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
