Central Government Sales Director

Quantexa is a pioneering company in the field of artificial intelligence-driven technology, aiming to create real change across the Government sector. As the Central Government Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing the sales go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building our pipeline, and meeting company targets.
The role requires collaboration with Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to define and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the UK Central Government Sector. The successful candidate will consistently deliver against sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
A good understanding of the Government Sector issues and ability to 'advise and solutionize' with the customer through a consultative sales-based approach is essential. A track record of positioning and selling Enterprise software either directly or as part of an ecosystem is also required.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of approximately £80,000 per annum, along with a company bonus scheme. Our comprehensive benefits package includes flexible working hours in a hybrid workplace, free access to global WeWork locations and events, a pension scheme with a company contribution of 6%, and 25 days annual leave (with the option to buy up to 5 days) + birthday off.
Requirements- A good understanding of the Government Sector operational and buying processes
- Experience nurturing accounts and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients
- Ability to integrate into effective sales teams and lead opportunities
- Existing relationships within the UK Central Government
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities
