We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Central London and lead our Central and Local Government projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking.
  • Lead on residential-led or mixed-use projects at the enabling stage, including highways, utilities, and public realm works.
  • Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple stakeholders, an engineering qualification, and a broad understanding of the development lifecycle. The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
