Surveyor of Central and Local Government Projects

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor of Central and Local Government Projects to join our London based Communities and Local Government Cost Management Team.
About the Role:- Undertake a wide variety of projects for public sector organisations, including refurbishment of listed buildings and office fit out projects.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the projects and programmes we support.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality cost management services, with experience in managing contracts and monitoring cost variance.
A competitive salary of £50,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
