Community Mental Health Practitioner

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their team.
This rewarding role involves working with older adults who have complex mental health needs, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, completing reviews, and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a fully enhanced valid DBS, community experience, and preferably older adults experience. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £27 per hour, and we offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including weekly pay, free training, and a fully enhanced DBS check. We also offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with Service Care Solutions.
