We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with adults who require mental health assessments, planning, and delivery of care. As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing needs, implementing and evaluating care plans, and supporting service users, carers, and other professionals.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. We offer competitive pay rates, including £27 per hour, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC registration and fully enhanced DBS. You must also have experience providing mental health assessments and working with adults in community settings.

Please note that we offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS, as well as a referral bonus for referring colleagues or friends.
