Job Overview:

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT is seeking a Clinical Lead for Mental Health to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams delivering mental health services in secure settings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to clinical services in secure settings.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.


**Requirements:**
  • Registered Learning Disability Nurse or working towards registration.
  • Experience of delivering clinical care in a secure setting.
  • Knowledge of relevant screening tools (ADOS, WAIS, WRAT, KTEA, LDSQ).


The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £44,541 - £51,393 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 27 days annual leave, excellent pension scheme, and wellbeing programme.
